Craft with intention

Offering a space and empowering space to explore, understand and intentionally shape your life, you can actively chose to release what no longer serves you by challenging limiting beliefs, and invest energy into the elements that add value, balance and harmony to your inner world.

Lay a strong foundation

We believe that accessing mental health in Sydney should be built to fit into your life, not around it. By removing the barriers to accessing support, therapy becomes much more than a conversation  — it helps you shape habits, relationships and mindsets to reflect your values and your truest self.

Fortify for longevity

Build your arsenal of tools to take into your daily landscape to better navigate life transitions, build resilience, think with clarity and regulate yourself in the midst of emotional triggers or panic responses.

Evidence-Based & Multi-Modal

Our Counselling Approach

Still not sure how to choose your Sydney Therapist?

Linda works with couples navigating disconnection, communication difficulties and periods of change within their relationship. This may include couples adjusting to different life stages, supporting one another through change, rebuilding connection after difficult experiences, or feeling as though they are growing at different paces. Drawing on Gottman-informed and relational approaches, Linda helps couples strengthen communication, rebuild friendship and develop a deeper understanding of one another.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

Linda Bartolone

Burnout, Stress & High-Functioning Adults

She regularly works with thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years balancing careers, leadership, family and responsibility, but increasingly feel depleted, overwhelmed or unsure of what they are working towards. She supports clients experiencing burnout, leadership strain and competing demands to slow down, understand what is no longer working and create a more sustainable and fulfilling way forward.

Midlife,
Empty Nest & Relationship Change

Linda supports adults and couples navigating the changes that can come with midlife and shifting family roles. This may include empty nest syndrome, adult children leaving home, retirement, career changes, leadership strain, grief, infidelity or changes within a long-term relationship. These transitions can bring unexpected questions about identity, purpose and connection. Linda provides a steady, supportive space to process what has changed and explore what you want the next stage of life to look like.

Bilingual Therapy in Spanish & English

Maria offers psychotherapy and counselling in both English and Spanish, providing a warm, culturally responsive space for Spanish-speaking clients in Sydney and online. Being able to work in your preferred language can make it easier to express emotions, explore personal and relationship experiences, and discuss sensitive topics with greater comfort and nuance. Maria brings her background in psychology, psychotherapy, education and sexology to her work with Spanish-speaking clients.

Maria provides specialised psychotherapy for adults with ADHD and clients who identify with or present with neurodiverse characteristics. Her approach is practical, strengths-based and focused on helping clients better understand their individual patterns around attention, learning, organisation, behaviour and emotional regulation. Therapy can support clients in developing personalised strategies, adjusting to ADHD-related challenges and building greater confidence in both their personal and professional lives.

Adult ADHD & Neurodiversity

As an accredited psychotherapist and sexologist, Maria offers an informed, open and non-judgemental space to explore sexuality, intimacy, relationships and sexual wellbeing. She works collaboratively with clients around questions of sexual identity, self-understanding, intimacy, communication and psycho-affective and sexual concerns. Her approach integrates psychological and sexological perspectives, helping clients develop greater awareness, confidence and connection in their relationships and sexuality.

Sexology, Sexuality & Intimacy

Maria Irazu

Tania supports adults who appear capable and high-functioning on the outside but may feel overwhelmed, anxious or exhausted internally. She works with perfectionism, high-functioning anxiety, overthinking, rumination, self-doubt, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, stress and burnout. Therapy provides space to understand the patterns driving these experiences, develop healthier boundaries and build greater emotional regulation, self-trust and self-esteem.

Perfectionism, High-Functioning Anxiety & Overthinking

Tania Grippi

Identity, LGBTQIA+ & Gender-Affirming Therapy

She regularly works with adults exploring identity across personal, relational, cultural, professional, gender and sexual dimensions. She provides an affirming and non-judgemental space for LGBTIQA+ clients, including people exploring gender or sexual identity, as well as clients navigating questions of belonging, authenticity and self-worth. Her practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink-aligned, with an understanding of alternative relationship dynamics, including consensual non-monogamy and polyamory.

Attachment, Childhood Emotional Neglect & Relationship Patterns

She works with adults who are seeking to understand how earlier relationships and experiences continue to shape their lives. She supports clients navigating attachment patterns, childhood emotional neglect (CEN), emotionally immature parents (ACEI/ACoA), complex family dynamics, codependency, boundaries and recurring relationship patterns. Together, therapy can help deepen self-awareness, develop more secure ways of relating and create greater choice in how you respond to yourself and others.
