Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Syné Collective, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We aim to offer flexibility while also respecting the time and commitment of our practitioners and clients.

1. Cash-Free Practice & Payment

Syné Collective is a cash-free practice. All payments must be made securely through your online client portal at the time of booking or immediately following your appointment.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. If you have prepaid for a session and need to cancel or reschedule with adequate notice, we will:

  • Transfer your payment to a future appointment, or

  • Refund the full amount to your original payment method (less any transaction fees, if applicable)

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

As a small independantly-owned practice, we deeply value the time and care we provide to each client. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours): 50% of the session fee will be charged

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full session fee will be charged

This policy ensures fairness to our practitioners, whose time is reserved specifically for you. Please be mindful that when you cancel late or miss an appointment without notice, you may be taking away the opportunity for another client to receive the care they need. Your consideration helps us serve everyone fairly and maintain a supportive community.

4. Telehealth Option

If you're unable to make it into our rooms, we offer telehealth consults for your convenience. This option can be arranged ahead of time or even on the day of your session (subject to availability), allowing you to continue your care with flexibility and ease.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to switch your in-person session to telehealth.

5. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events do happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the situation with compassion and discretion,

6. How to Cancel, Reschedule, or Switch to Telehealth

Changes to your appointment can be made via:

  • Your online client portal

  • Phone

  • Email

Please ensure you receive confirmation of any changes.
