About
Co-Founder & Counsellor
Linda Bartolone is an ACA Accredited Integrative Therapist and Gottman-Trained Clinical who works with thoughtful, high-functioning adults and couples navigating life transitions and relational challenges.
Holding a Bachelor's in Counselling, Linda works with adults who may have built a career, family, and reputation by doing everything by the book, yet find themselves quietly asking themselves Who am I? and What next?
Life transitions, such as adult children leaving home (empty nest syndrome), supporting a partner through change, grief or infidelity, retirement, identity shifts, career burnout or leadership strain, can prompt reflection and uncertainty. Linda offers a warm, steady and calm presence to help individuals and couples deepen understanding, rebuild friendship and strengthen connection.
Sometimes it's a quiet realisation that as a couple, you are growing at different paces. One may feel further ahead, while the other lags behind. You may struggle to support each other or feel disconnected as life naturally pushes its way in. You still love each-other deeply, and want to move ahead with intention, and guidance.
Drawing on her own life experience, Linda combines relational, psychodynamic, person-centred and evidence-informed approaches, creating a calm reflective space where insight and emotional safety intersect. Her experience climbing the Himalayas, including both attempted and successful summits of Everest, reinforced her belief that growth is rarely linear and brings the same respect for pace into her therapeutic work, supporting clients to move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
