By booking a session with Syné Collective, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
At Syné Collective, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all clients. To ensure a smooth experience, please take a moment to read and understand our booking terms.
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, or directly with our therapist.
Standard consults are 50 minutes in duration, and extended consultations can be made available upon request.
Fees & Payment
You can choose to pay upfront when booking online. Your payment will be held and then applied to the invoice when you arrive at your session. Alternatively, you can book opt to book online and pay later.
You will receive an invoice on the day of your session via email with a secure payment link, via Stripe.
We are a private billing practice, and do not offer Medicare Rebates of Mental Health Care Plans via your GP. However, our fees are competitive with the standard gap fee charged by registered providers.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. The full fee will apply.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. All sessions are strictly confidence, in accordance with Australian privacy laws, ethical guidelines and governing bodies such as PACFA & ACA.
Exceptions to confidentiality apply only in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself, or others, or where your Therapist may be referring you to another specialist provider, with your permission, or where legally required.

Changes to Terms
Syné Collective reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
