What is Group Therapy?
Group Therapy is a structured counselling format where a small group of people come together to discuss challenges, share experiences, and support each other under the guidance of a trained therapist. It helps participants develop coping strategies, gain perspective, and build a sense of community.
At Syné Collective, we regularly run Group sessions tailored to individual experiences, such as Menopause, LGBTQIA+, Parenthood, Caregivers, Grief, Loss, Addiction and more.
Our group therapy sessions at Syné Collective provide a safe, collaborative space to connect with others experiencing similar challenges. Facilitated by experienced therapists, these sessions are designed to foster understanding, personal growth, and improved mental wellbeing.
